SPRING YOGA COURSE
Seven yoga classes to connect with the energy of Spring.
What's in the course?
This course consists of seven yoga classes that run between 15 to 30 minutes in length. Each class has a focus on stretches and yoga poses that connect to the energy of the Liver and Gallbladder, the two organs of the Wood element and Spring in Traditional Oriental Medicine. This means there are lots of side openers, to activate the Gallbladder, and twists, to activate the Liver. By toning and strengthening these organs, and working the meridian energy, our bodies become more in tune with the rising energy of spring and we can open up to the possibilities of positive direction and new levels of growth in our lives.
