6:30am Wednesday and Friday

Early mornings are my favourite time to practise yoga.

From February 2023, I’ll be adding two new classes to my timetable on a Wednesday and Friday morning and I’d love you to join me on the mat.

These classes will be 45 minutes, slightly shorter than a regular class and commence at 6:30am. You can join in person or participate from the comfort of your home via Zoom. Each class will comprise a 30 minute yoga session, followed by breathing exercises and meditation, to get you focused and ready for the day. 


The benefits of an early morning yoga and meditation practice include:

  • enjoying the exhilaration of having moved your body in the first part of the day

  • lubricating your joints and getting blood circulating

  • building flexibility, strength and stamina with the rising energy of the sun

  • developing mental clarity through connected breathing exercises and simple meditation 

  • gaining a sense of success from showing up on your mat on a regular basis

  • preparing your body for other activities throughout your day.

Classes will take place over a series of 9 or 10 week terms. Each term will have a different focus and build towards the development of a mini vinyasa practice. ‘Vinyasa’ being a sequence of postures that are linked together using the breath.

The classes will include a combination of:

  • warm up

  • therapeutic yoga

  • vinyasa practise

  • rest

  • breath work

  • meditation

Wednesday 19 July to Friday 29 September 2023 (10 weeks)

(excluding week of 31 July to 4 August)

(9 weeks)


Term 1, which is nine weeks long, will commence on Wednesday 1 February and end on Friday 31 March 2023.


Term 1: One session a week for 9 weeks

Attend either the Wednesday or Friday morning class each week throughout the term. 
The class will be recorded and you will receive access to the recording at no extra cost.

Both classes will be recorded and you will receive access to the recordings at no extra cost.

Book using the Book a Class page on my website or through your Bookamat account. You will be prompted to purchase an Early Morning Yoga pass that you can use over the term.
