What's in the course?
This set consists of five yoga classes that run between 15 to 25 minutes in length and are designed for the start of the day. Get your morning routine sorted and do one class each morning of the week. The set includes:
a lying down sequence
a seated sequence
a standing sequence
a self-massage sequence, and
a Salute to the Sun sequence.
In these classes you will get to squeeze, stretch, twist and open your body, getting you ready for the day ahead. If you have more time, you can combine two of the classes for a really great start to your day.
