SPRING YOGA COURSE
A series of seven classes with a specific focus on getting the body ready for Spring, with the aim of keeping you healthy over Springtime. Focus is on side opening and twisting to activate the energy of the Liver and Gall Bladder. Doing this course will give you the flexibility to open to the possibilities of new directions, and rise to the challenges of new levels of growth.
SUMMER YOGA SERIES
A series of five classes with a focus on the Fire element for Summer. This series of classes will active the Heart and Small Intestine meridians. Strong work in the belly accompanied with chest opening exercises will give you a sense of lightness in the upper body. These classes will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful, with a sense of calm and tranquility to face the heat and many social situations that Summer brings.
