SUMMER YOGA SERIES

Five yoga classes to connect with the energy of Summer.

What's in the course?

This course consists of five yoga classes that are approximately 20 minutes in length. Each class has a focus on stretches and yoga poses that connect to the energy of the Heart and Small Intestine, the two organs of the Fire element and Summer in Traditional Oriental Medicine. This means there are lots of chest openers, to activate the Heart, and belly work to activate the Small Intestine. By toning and strengthening these organs, and working the meridian energy, our bodies become more in tune with the outward, expanding energy of summer.

  1. Energise the Fire element meridians (23 mins)

  2. Strengthen the belly and open the chest (25 mins)

  3. Heart opening (21 mins)

  4. Balancing Fire
