About the Event
This workshop is ideal if you want to learn how to create delicious and healthy plant-based, whole food meals using local and seasonal ingredients. The workshop will take you through some easy to follow recipes and you’ll have the opportunity to join in if you wish. Being autumn, the focus is on local and seasonal ingredients that are abundant at this time of year.
This class will leave you feeling nourished, inspired and confident to take what you’ve learned and cook for your family and loved ones.
In the workshop, we'll be cooking an assortment of dishes from savoury to sweet, including easy to prepare dinners, wholesome snacks, and sweet treats. When registering, let me know what you'd like to learn and I will tailor this workshop as best I can to your requests.

About your teacher
Leah has been following a mainly plant-based, whole foods diet for over 25 years. In this workshop, she will be sharing her expertise and knowledge about plant-based whole foods so that you can learn to plan and prepare healthy, delicious and nutritious meals for yourself, your family and friends.
When booking, please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances so we can modify the recipes accordingly.
Tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets to another person, or a credit note can be given for redemption at a future workshop.
Please note, whilst it doesn’t happen often, if we don’t reach our minimum of six, this class may be rescheduled or a credit note/refund will be provided.
