About the Event
Heading south to the lovely Goolwa Beach, this retreat will be about rejuvenating and connecting with the energy of spring. With comfortable accommodation, we will have easy access to the beach. We'll wake up early to catch the sunrise and start the day with a beach walk/jog before jumping in the ocean to fully wake up the body, mind and spirit (completely optional, but highly recommended).
With our focus on seasonal yoga and eating, we'll be having a cleansing diet with lots of whole foods including vegetables, beans and grains, using lighter cooking styles. Spring yoga is all about connecting with the Wood element, with a focus on twists and side opening. Breathing and meditation will also feature with specific time taken for connecting body, mind and breath.
The weekend will include:
- 4 yoga sessions (1 Friday evening, 2 Saturday, 1 Sunday)
- meditation sessions
- a sound bath
- all meals fully catered for
- time to relax and rest
- beach walks at your own leisure
To book your place for retreat, register your interest using the RSVP button and I will send you a booking form for you to complete and return with your payment. Prices are listed below and payment plans are available. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid missing out.
$500 King room, dual occupancy (suitable for a couple, cost per person) - 1 room available
$500 Queen room, single occupancy - 2 rooms available
$400 Single room, dual person occupancy - 1 room available, 2 beds
The retreat program will run from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon (2pm). Participants are welcome to stay over Sunday night and leave on Monday morning (10am) for an additional payment of $50.
Any cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the retreat will incure a 25% cancellation fee.
Any cancellations made up to 14 days prior to retreat will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Your booking is non-refundable after this date.
