A yoga retreat is an opportunity to take time out and spend time entirely devoted to yourself. Over this weekend we will enjoy the fresh sea air, morning walks/jogs on the beach, swimming, yoga, meditation, delicious food, and the chance to rest and relax.

About the Event
Heading south to the lovely Goolwa Beach, this retreat will be about rejuvenating and connecting with the energy of spring. With comfortable accommodation, we will have easy access to the beach. We'll wake up early to catch the sunrise and start the day with a beach walk/jog before jumping in the ocean to fully wake up the body, mind and spirit (completely optional, but highly recommended).
With our focus on seasonal yoga and eating, we'll be having a cleansing diet with lots of whole foods including vegetables, beans and grains, using lighter cooking styles. Spring yoga is all about connecting with the Wood element, with a focus on twists and side opening. Breathing and meditation will also feature with specific time taken for connecting body, mind and breath.
The weekend will include:
4 yoga sessions (1 Friday evening, 2 Saturday, 1 Sunday)
meditation sessions
