Nourish yourself and your family using the Art of Plant-Based Seasonal Whole Foods Cooking!
In this 90 minute workshop, you'll unlock the secrets to creating delicious plant-based, whole foods using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Leah will be sharing her easy to follow recipes that are a must for including in your summer celebration meals.
You'll learn to craft an assortment of dishes that you can whip up quickly and easily, and the added bonus will be the smiles on the faces and in the bellies of your loved ones when you reproduce them in your kitchen at home.

With over 25 years of experience following a mainly plant-based, whole foods diet, Leah is your guide on this culinary adventure. Her expertise and passion for plant-based cooking will empower you to confidently plan and prepare wholesome, delicious, and nutritious meals for yourself, your family and friends.
When booking, please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances so we can modify the recipes accordingly.
Tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tickets to another person, or a credit note can be given for redemption at a future workshop.
Please note, if we don’t reach our minimum of six, this class may be rescheduled or a credit note/refund will be provided.
