Summer Celebration! Yoga, sound bath and picnic

Sharing the Summer Love! Come and join in a summer yoga celebration. 

To thank you for your continued practice and participation in events at The Centre of Ki, I am throwing a party to celebrate YOU. 

Summer is all about laughter and joy and what better way to celebrate than with a short joy-themed yoga practice followed by an outdoor sound bath under the expert guidance of Chris Toms from Harmonic Essence. Afterwards, relax and enjoy schmoozing and sharing in a delicious picnic. 

There is no cost for this event, but RSVPs are essential. All I ask is that you bring a plate of food to share (preferably vegetarian/vegan/plant based).
