Summer Soulstice

Come together with like-minded souls on the day of the summer solstice - a time of reflection, enlightenment, and celebration. 

In this space you will be guided to connect with your inner self through yoga and breath work. Space will then be given for you to:

• reflect on the year that has passed, to recognise the challenges, obstacles, gifts and wonders it has brought,
• meditate on your present state, to acknowledge and connect with where you are currently in the ongoing spiral of life, and 
• set intentions for the year ahead, to consider where your unique path will take you next.

Stay for some food and music, to toast the year that was, and to welcome in new opportunities, as we extend ourselves forward into a life of joy, and embrace life's challenges on our journey.
