Winter Soul-stice

The winter solstice celebrates the shortest day of the year, the longest hours of darkness, and marks a shift in direction as the axis of the Earth pauses, shifts and begins to move in the opposite direction. This is a time where we can also stop and observe our inner self and in that stillness, find opportunities for renewal and self-reflection.

As we celebrate the winter solstice at The Centre of Ki, you will have the opportunity to:

• explore and charge up your inner 'ki' through specific exercises and breathing techniques
• pause for reflection in seated meditation
• be prompted to write some thoughts
• celebrate afterwards with some warm food and, weather permitting, an outdoor fire.
