Join us for an immersive workshop where you'll unlock the secrets to creating delicious plant-based, whole food meals using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. In the workshop, Leah will share with you some easy to follow recipes and you’ll have the opportunity to join in if you wish. Being winter, the focus will be on ingredients that are abundant at this time of year and we will explore the cooking styles that are most supportive for our health and wellbeing.
Prepare to embark on a delightful adventure as we craft an assortment of dishes ranging from savoury dinners to wholesome snacks and delightful sweet treats. This class will leave you feeling nourished, inspired and confident to take what you’ve learned and cook for your family and loved ones.
