WHY THESE VIDEOS ARE IMPORTANT

The breath is crucial to maintaining our health. The lungs are the organ that receive the breath from the outside and enable the exchange of oxygen from the lungs into the blood stream.

The lungs are the main organ that are affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). By stimulating the lungs through specific yoga exercises, you can strengthen and improve their function, and in doing so, reduce the chances of succumbing to this illness and potentially recovering faster if you do.


I recommend you practice these exercises everyday. If you can't do all of them, at the very least, doing the exercises in the Basic video, will be of benefit.

BASIC EXERCISES

In this video I demonstrate four basic exercises you can do to improve the function of your lungs. These exercises can all be done standing up.

 

INTERMEDIATE EXERCISES

In this video, I demonstrate four slightly stronger exercises that will help stimulate and improve the function of the lungs. These exercises can be done on a mat or a towel on the floor.

 

ADVANCED EXERCISES

In this video, I demonstrate advanced exercises that will help stimulate and improve the function of the lungs. These exercises can be done on a mat or a towel on the floor.
