Introducing the 5-Day Face Yoga Challenge

Inside the 5-Day Face Yoga Challenge, you will be guided through five Face Yoga sequences along with helpful information about: 

  • how to release tension from the face to soften lines and reduce wrinkles

  • daily habits that contribute to the formation of wrinkles and lines

  • tips for adapting your daily habits to reduce lines and wrinkles 

  • new habits for smoothing the skin from the inside out

 

At the end of the five days, you will have a beginner toolkit of exercises you can draw on and continue to practice on a regular basis. 

The 5-Day Face Yoga Challenge is my way of helping you and your face glow, from the inside out!

Your instructor

My name is Leah Cooper and I am an accredited Senior Level 3 Yoga Teacher (Yoga Australia).  

I am passionate about health and wellbeing and believe it is critical that each of us take responsibility for our bodies and minds so that we can live our best life.

 

I came across face yoga in 2017 at a time when I didn't like how I looked and was concerned about the ever deepening lines on my face. This had a big impact on how I felt about myself and my confidence levels.

After practising face yoga for 30 days straight, I was amazed by the changes that took place. Now, after 8 years, I continue to feel the impacts of my practice - physically, mentally and emotionally.  

My face yoga practice is a daily ritual that not only exercises my facial muscles but also enables me to smile more and share joy with others.

That's a great question. ​Depending on what you've done in the past, all I can say is that each teacher brings news insights and perspectives. You may discover exercises you haven't tried yet or new ideas that will invigorate and recharge your practice. 

Will I get lifetime access to the content in the 5-Day Face Yoga Challenge?

Yes! The program is hosted on my website and the videos are housed on a trusted video hosting platform.

How much does it cost to access the 5-Day Face Yoga Challenge?

The cost for access is $25 (AU). This includes unlimited lifetime access. Plus you can contact me by email any time with your questions and I'll support you the best I can.
