TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservation and Deposits
All prices are in Australian dollars and are quoted on a per person basis. Please complete the Booking Form accompanied by a non-refundable deposit as specified in these Terms and Conditions. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DEPOSIT IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE

Terms for deposit and payment:
Deposit: Required at time of booking – minimum of $250 (twin share) or $350 (queen room), or full amount
Final payment due date: 30 days before retreat date
Final payment: balance if full fee has not been paid as deposit
First date deposit is non-refundable: at time of booking
First date full amount is non-refundable: 30 days before retreat

2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for retreat on which a payment you have made is non-refundable, The Centre of Ki is not obliged to refund that payment and is entitled to such payment as a cancellation fee. This applies where you withdraw from the retreat before it commences, where you fail to join the retreat or you withdraw from the retreat after joining it. It also applies where you withdraw because you are not permitted to travel or it is undesirable for you to join the retreat, for example, if you are ill. It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance and insure yourself against non-refundable or cancellation costs, including for existing medical conditions.

The Centre of Ki is entitled to cancel a retreat at any time where the number of participants which have fully paid for their reservation is less than the minimum required. A refund on deposit or full payment will be made where The Centre of Ki cancels a retreat and this is not the result of your acts or omissions (for example, if your withdrawal has affected the minimum required for the retreat, The Centre of Ki has a right to decline your request for a refund). The Centre of Ki also reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend a retreat due to circumstances outside its reasonable control such as war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural or human caused disasters, adverse weather conditions and epidemics or pandemics. The Centre of Ki is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

By booking and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

3. Limitation of Liability
As with any physical activity, it is important that before beginning any fitness regime, you consult with your health care professional to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that are appropriate for you. The Centre of Ki accepts no liability for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our retreat.
We do not accept responsibility for any personal items which are left, lost, damaged or used without permission whilst on retreat.
At times, we take photographs on the property as well as throughout the program – including meal times, yoga classes, and workshops. In booking with us, you provide us with your permission to be photographed, and for these photos to be used in our marketing materials.
