  • Build a Daily Face Yoga Habit – Develop a simple, effective routine that you can easily integrate into your day, creating lasting results and a consistent self-care practice.

  • Increase Awareness and Relaxation – Release tension, improve circulation, and reconnect with your face to feel more confident and radiant.

  • Create a Sustainable, Long-Term Practice – Gain the tools, guidance, and support to maintain your face yoga practice and enjoy ongoing benefits well beyond the 30 days.

Getting Started

To get yourself ready for Day 1, you'll need to:

  1. Take your 'Before' photo and keep it somewhere safe. Use these INSTRUCTIONS as a guide.

  2. Have some facial oil ready to use. Almond oil, jojoba oil and rosehip oil are great choices.

  3. Watch the video below where I explain how to habit stack your Face Yoga practice. 

Day 1 to 7

Foundations

Connect with your face, create your daily habit

Set a strong foundation for your practice by following these guidelines. Please read them carefully so you understand what you need to do.

  1. Identify where you can habit stack your Face Yoga practice into your daily routine. Either in the morning, evening, or some other appropriate time. It could even be before you have lunch, or whilst you’re waiting in the car to pick up the kids from school.
     

  2. Access your first Face Yoga practice video (see below).
     

  3. Download and print your personalised cheat sheet, located with the video.
     

  4. Practice your Face Yoga exercises using the SPARK framework -- every day or as often as possible.
     

  5. Notice how your face feels and how you feel after your practice. After your high five and affirmation, pause and take a breath before you get on with your day to embody the practice fully. 
     

  6. Sip warm/hot water throughout the day. Substitute one of your regular hot drinks (i.e. tea or coffee) with a cup of warm water, add some lemon slices, or make a herbal tea instead.
     

  7. Take 10-15 minutes to apply a face mask once this week. Perhaps on the weekend when you might have a bit more time up your sleeve.
     

  8. Tick off your daily achievements using the Habit Tracker.
     

  9. At the end of the week, reflect back on your practice and write down what you’ve achieved, what’s held you back, and how you feel. Reflection questions will be provided to you in an email at the end of the week.

By now, you’ve built a foundation and started developing your daily Face Yoga habit. This week is all about embracing change — noticing subtle shifts, staying open to new sensations, and trusting the process as your face and body begin to respond.

 

Your focus:

  • Keep showing up — consistency matters more than perfection.

  • Notice small changes in your face and energy, even if they’re subtle.

  • Stay open and curious rather than critical; your awareness is deepening.

 

Your Week 2 Guidelines:

  1. Continue to habit stack your Face Yoga practice at the same time each day. A regular rhythm helps your brain and body build lasting habits.
     

  2. Access your Week 2 Face Yoga video (linked below). This week introduces gentle progressions to help you refine technique and deepen results.
     

  3. Download and print your personalised cheat sheet.
     

  4. Do your Face Yoga practice using the SPARK framework daily, or as often as possible.
     

  5. After each practice, take a few moments to reflect:

    • How does my face feel today compared to last week?

    • What emotions or thoughts arise as I work with change?
       

  6. Continue to sip warm water or herbal tea throughout your day to support hydration and healthy circulation.
     

  7. Treat yourself to a soothing face mask once this week — here are the face mask recipes.
     

  8. Record your daily practice on your Habit Tracker and celebrate small wins along the way.
     

  9. Complete your Week 2 Reflection at the end of the week — your awareness is your greatest teacher.

By now, your daily Face Yoga habit is becoming a natural part of your routine, and you’re noticing subtle shifts in your face and overall energy. This week is all about tuning in — refining your technique, focusing your awareness, and noticing how your face responds to each movement.

Your focus:

  • Keep showing up — consistency matters more than perfection.

  • Notice small changes in your face and energy, even if they’re subtle.

  • Stay open and curious rather than critical; your awareness is deepening.

Your Week 3 Guidelines:

  1. Continue your daily Face Yoga practice. Notice if certain exercises feel easier, smoother, or more familiar this week.
     

  2. Access your Week 3 Face Yoga video. This week introduces gentle progressions to help you refine technique and deepen results.
     

  3. Download and print your personalised cheat sheet.
     

  4. Stay connected with the group. Join this week’s Zoom call if you can, or catch the replay. Share your small wins or questions in WhatsApp — it helps keep momentum strong.
     

  5. Keep sipping warm water or herbal tea throughout the day to maintain hydration.

  6. Apply a face mask one day this week. Appreciate how your face feels afterwards and acknowledge the care you are showing yourself.
     

  7. Record your daily practice on your Habit Tracker and celebrate small wins along the way. Consistency is your super power!
     

  8. Complete your Week 3 Reflection at the end of the week — your awareness is your greatest teacher.

Day 22 to 29

Embodiment

You are your habits

You’ve shown up for three solid weeks, and now the real magic begins. Week 4 is where your practice starts to feel less like something you “do” and more like something that is a natural part of your day. Your connection with your face is becoming second nature.

This week is all about embodying what you’ve learned. Trust the habits you’ve built. Lean into the rhythm you’ve created. Notice how your face responds with more ease and familiarity. Small, steady actions have brought you here—and they’ll continue to carry you forward.

Your Week 4 Guidelines:

  1. Continue your daily Face Yoga practice using this week’s videos and cheat sheet. Settle into the rhythm you’ve created.
     

  2. Tune into the “feel” of each exercise. Notice how your face responds, softens, or strengthens with familiarity.
     

  3. Stay consistent with your habit stack. If your routine has drifted, gently return to it—no guilt, just awareness.
     

  4. Stay connected with the group. Share your observations, wins or questions in WhatsApp — it helps keep momentum strong.
     

  5. Keep sipping warm water or herbal tea throughout the day to maintain hydration.

  6. Apply a face mask one day this week. Appreciate how your face feels afterwards and acknowledge the care you are showing yourself.
     

  7. Continue to record your daily practice on your Habit Tracker and acknowledge how far you have come.
     

  8. Complete your Week 4 Reflection at the end of the week — this is a gentle reminder that you are on the path of change and growth.

Day 30 and beyond

Radiance

Integrate and celebrate

As you come to the final state of the 30-Day Face Yoga Habit Builder program, it's now time to take your 'After' photo. Try to match your original photo as closely as possible. Use these instructions to guide you. This is such an exciting part of your journey — comparing the two photos and seeing the changes. I hope you'll share your 'Before' and 'After' photo with me so I can witness the transformation that has taken place. 

 

Now, to celebrate the end of the 30 day program, I'm sharing three facial massage practices with you. Facial massage is a lovely way to reinvigorate and relax the facial muscles, as well as stimulate energy and promote circulation.

As you follow these videos, take a breath and let this be a moment to settle, unwind, and honour your face. You've strengthened, toned, and lifted and now you get to soften it all.

Notice the ease with which your hands move across your face.

Notice how much more connected you feel to the sensations.

Notice the care and presence you are offering yourself.

These massage practices are a beautiful way to complete the program. I hope you enjoy them.
