Getting Started
To get yourself ready for Day 1, you'll need to:

Take your 'Before' photo and keep it somewhere safe. Use these INSTRUCTIONS as a guide.

Have some facial oil ready to use. Almond oil, jojoba oil and rosehip oil are great choices.

Day 1 to 7
Foundations
Connect with your face, create your daily habit
Set a strong foundation for your practice by following these guidelines. Please read them carefully so you understand what you need to do.

Identify where you can habit stack your Face Yoga practice into your daily routine. Either in the morning, evening, or some other appropriate time. It could even be before you have lunch, or whilst you’re waiting in the car to pick up the kids from school.

Access your first Face Yoga practice video (see below).

Download and print your personalised cheat sheet, located with the video.

Practice your Face Yoga exercises using the SPARK framework -- every day or as often as possible.

Notice how your face feels and how you feel after your practice. After your high five and affirmation, pause and take a breath before you get on with your day to embody the practice fully.

Sip warm/hot water throughout the day. Substitute one of your regular hot drinks (i.e. tea or coffee) with a cup of warm water, add some lemon slices, or make a herbal tea instead.

Take 10-15 minutes to apply a face mask once this week. Perhaps on the weekend when you might have a bit more time up your sleeve.

Tick off your daily achievements using the Habit Tracker.

At the end of the week, reflect back on your practice and write down what you’ve achieved, what’s held you back, and how you feel. Reflection questions will be provided to you in an email at the end of the week.

Day 8 to 14
Potential
Be open to change
By now, you’ve built a foundation and started developing your daily Face Yoga habit. This week is all about embracing change — noticing subtle shifts, staying open to new sensations, and trusting the process as your face and body begin to respond.
Your focus:

Keep showing up — consistency matters more than perfection.

Notice small changes in your face and energy, even if they’re subtle.
-
Stay open and curious rather than critical; your awareness is deepening.
Your Week 2 Guidelines:

Continue to habit stack your Face Yoga practice at the same time each day. A regular rhythm helps your brain and body build lasting habits.

Access your Week 2 Face Yoga video (linked below). This week introduces gentle progressions to help you refine technique and deepen results.

Download and print your personalised cheat sheet.

Do your Face Yoga practice using the SPARK framework daily, or as often as possible.

After each practice, take a few moments to reflect:

How does my face feel today compared to last week?
-
What emotions or thoughts arise as I work with change?
-

Continue to sip warm water or herbal tea throughout your day to support hydration and healthy circulation.

Treat yourself to a soothing face mask once this week — here are the face mask recipes.

Record your daily practice on your Habit Tracker and celebrate small wins along the way.

Complete your Week 2 Reflection at the end of the week — your awareness is your greatest teacher.
