I'm here to tell you that Face Yoga isn't about becoming more 'youthful' or getting rid of every wrinkle. It's about improving the relationship you have with your face, improving your facial musculature, circulation, and skin tone, and releasing all that tension you've been holding onto (sometimes for years!) that accentuates your wrinkles and lines.

When practiced regularly, Face Yoga changes how your face functions and helps you glow from the inside out.

Your Face Yoga Teacher

Leah Cooper is an Australian-based yoga teacher, whole foods educator and macrobiotic practitioner. She began practicing face yoga in 2017. 

Leah was looking for a natural, inexpensive and effective way to improve how she looked. Her focus was to reduce the lines on her forehead, soften the frown lines, smile more and just be comfortable with looking at herself in the mirror. (Perhaps you can relate?)

 

She signed up for a 30-day face yoga challenge and has never looked back. She has implemented everything she learned and continues to practice face yoga daily. Leah has gone on to explore and implement various techniques that continue to enhance her practice.

When does the 6-week series commence?

We kick off on Tuesday 27 January 2026 at 12:00pm ACDT.

What's the refund policy?

If you enrol but then decide the program isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund up until the program start date. To request a refund, simply email leah@thecentreofki.com.au with your full name, and we’ll process it within 5–10 business days. 

How can I ask questions during the 6-week program?

For any questions, you can email Leah at leah@thecentreofki.com.au. You can also ask questions in our private WhatsApp group, which will be monitored regularly.

How much time do I need to commit to each day?

To get the most out of the 6-weeks, it is recommended that you spend 5–10 minutes a day doing your Face Yoga exercises.

Is this program suitable for beginners? What if I've done Face Yoga before?

The program is designed for all levels, whether you’ve tried face yoga before or are completely new. Instructions, videos, and cheat sheets guide you step by step.

Do I need any special equipment?

The only equipment required is facial oil and a mirror and access to your computer or other mobile device.

How long do I have access to the materials?

You’ll have lifetime access to all materials. You can revisit the content anytime to refresh your practice or follow along at your own pace.

Can I join if I have facial skin conditions or medical concerns?

If you have a specific medical condition relating to your face or skin, recent facial surgery, or active skin issues, I recommend you consult with your healthcare professional before joining. Face yoga is gentle, but your safety always comes first.
