I received this photo from Vanessa in Ohio, USA. We met last year on a co-working/accountability app called Focusmate (check it out, it’s awesome!)
Recently she mentioned she had been experiencing back pain. I mentioned I had some yoga videos that may help and sent her the links.
A couple of weeks later she sent me this photo of her and her boyfriend doing my yoga class in her mum’s basement. (Her mum took the photo)

This is what keeps me motivated to make more videos. To know that I’m helping people with their physical and mental well-being all across the world from my little home studio in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
